  • All required checkup 2D X-rays
  • 2 Dental Exams
  • 2 Dental Cleanings
  • 2 Oral Cancer Screenings
  • 1 Emergency Exam per year with necessary 2D X-rays
  • 2 Fluoride Treatments
  • 1Implant consult with CBCT per lifetime

15% Savings Discount

  • Any additional cleanings or perio maintenance
  • Scaling and Root Planning
  • Composite Fillings
  • Night Guards
  • Extractions and Bone Grafts
  • Root Canals done in office
  • Any additional 2-D X-rays

Additional Savings

  • 10% off all fixed lab work including:  Crowns, Bridges, Veneers
  • 10% off all removable lab services including:  Complete Dentures, Partial Dentures, Relines and Adjustments, Implant Conversions
  • 25% off preventative services including:  Sealants, Take-home Fluoride Products, and Cavity Arresting Products

What is the Cost?

$349 for the first person, $289 for each additional family adult member and $179 for each child under the age of 18.

This Plan cannot be combined with any other discount offers or dental insurances.  The plan is in effect for 365 days from the start date and all services must be completed within that timeframe.
